In the 80's while teaching high school English, I began organizing adventure trips for my friends - ski, scuba diving and white water rafting. After several years, I’d built a good client base and decided to retire my red grading pen and do something more fun. Since life is short and the world is large, it also became my mission to see as much of it as possible. So far I’ve traveled to six continents, over 60 countries, almost all 50 states, and I’m still working through my bucket list. I’m a seeker, an educator, an organizer, a mother hen, and I love nothing better than exposing my friends to the world at large. Lauren Hutton said it best: “Without travel I would have wound up a little ignorant white Southern female, which was not my idea of a good life.
